Common Questions
What if it loses power?
Rest assured, your bricks are safe! The levitating disk will adhere to the base, lowering your build by just one inch — a very minor bump that keeps every piece in place and completely unharmed.
Can I use it with metal items?
Good news — our displays are compatible with the vast majority of fine jewelry, including gold, silver, platinum, and diamonds. The only exceptions are pieces containing iron, nickel, or steel; for the best performance, please prevent such materials from contacting the display.
Can I stop it from rotating?
Yes and the spin speed is also adjustable in both directions!

Every time I look at it, it feels like magic. Absolutely enchanting.
I love the display. The only downside is when there’s a power outage and everything drops otherwise 10/10
All I expected. I put my planes to “fly”. Amazing!
Store owner replied: Hello Bruno! We're so glad we could make your models take flight!! That's absolutely awesome! :) If you get the chance to share your thoughts on how we did on Trustpilot, we'd greatly appreciate it! We're so happy our Nimbus brought a touch of magic to your collection!
My grandsons loved it
I’m always looking for new and exciting ways to display my LEGO collection and this was absolutely perfect! Check my Instagram.com/@starwarslegorob
Produit parfait très plaisant à regarder
I got the Nimbus for a friend who is all into Lego. He was absolutely blown away and keeps it running all day long.
One of the coolest displays I have ever seen or ever owned, everyone who I have shown has had their mind blown, absolutely awesome and could not be more pleased!!!!
Store owner replied: Hi Alberto, Thank you for the valuable feedback - what an awesome way to use the Nimbus!
I love my nimbus. People in my office think it's a cool way to display their hobbies.
I’m from Germany and saw the product on Instagram. I ordered it from the U.S. especially for my boyfriend. The delivery time was really quite fast, and the product is absolutely amazing! It looks so great, we’re thrilled. You just have to keep in mind that in Germany we have different sockets. We’ve now ordered an additional adapter for our German socket. But I highly recommend the product and the service. Simply fantastic!
I’m really enjoying this display unit. It’s really unique and always catches the eye when you enter the room. I spent some time trying heavier models, and was able to balance a 428g Lego semi truck! I’m looking forward to see what you guys put out in the future.
Store owner replied: Hi Rob, That’s awesome! You beat our existing records! We’re so glad to hear you are enjoying your Nimbus!
Extremely satisfied with the packaging of my two orders!
It was quite difficult to place on some certain displays I have, but with some stuff I can place on, it's very good
Cool idea. Almost impossible to center a figure or item on this. Sorry.
Order said 3 Nimbus. Received 2 and no Lego set. Sent a message to customer service with no reply.
Great piece
We used it at our event to showcase our merchandise, and it delivered an impressive experience. The levitation effect captivated visitors and generated a lot of excitement throughout the event. I would highly recommend it for display setups, whether for home use or professional events.
This is really cool, it works very well for shorter objects.
Love it. Gives a futuristic feeling to your space.
Really cool. Only issue is base is small cannot put anything bigger than a small figure. Bit works well with ships.
Store owner replied: Hey Tedmind! Thank you so much for letting us know! We’re always trying our best to improve and find ways to further enhance our customers’ experience. We will definitely factor this into future versions. We would love to hear how we did with delivery and service on our Trust Pilot! Sincerely, Levitexa Team
The display is good and can hold some items up to 400 g but states best up to 250g which can limit what you want to display plus metal items are not recommended. I would have given 5 stars as i believed the magnet would stay central once the power was turned off but unfortunatly as the product is electro magnetic once the power is off the magnet stops repelling and slams down on tne product base. Nice idea but I really should have looked more into the item before buying on a whim. Hope your business gets more sucessful and different ideas do come in R&D
Great product! Good quality and fast shipping
Very fun to watch
We love it! Thank you!
Store owner replied: So happy to hear!! We do apologize for the delay but hope an entirely complimentary product made up for that :). We’d also love to hear your feedback of us on TrustPilot if you do ever get the chance! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!
Very good communication, very nice products and good quality. Thank you. 👍
Great way to show off my LEGO sets!
It is just cool.
Great product! It works perfectly and really adds a stylish touch to my living room! I love it!
Fun display that adds something different to your shelf. It is cool
So much fun to use! perfect for displaying star wars lego mini sets. The power of magnetic force is too fun.
Gave it to my dad and he loved it
Store owner replied: Hey Jack! We're so happy to hear that! Thanks for trusting us with gifting!
Works awesome! Really amazing product my kids and I are having fun with and great way to display my collection
Amazing
Great product perfect to displays sets!
It’s cool but it is spinning too fast. I contacted the support about it to get some tips to maybe fix this, but support never replied.
Store owner replied: Hello Guillaume, We are very disappointed to hear you had a poor experience with our product. Please do be aware that response emails were sent follow up on this query. Always here to help with any questions you may have! Levitexa Team
I really love the Idea behind this!
Overall experience below the expectations. As a customer from EU I didn't expect to not get EU plug or at least adapter (not sure if it is legally allowed in EU). Also I had to pay 22 EUR import tax extra to what I already paid then I received it! Since company have ads in Instagram for EU users I would expect them to handle all those properly. Customer support was polite but useless in this case. Product itself is great.
Beautiful quality, magic! Only point of criticism is that it was not clear that custom taxes had to be paid. That was an extra €30,- (i al from the Netherlands), and made it a quite expensive item.
